Meet Paige, Adam and the little guy behind the name. What started as a dream for Paige and Adam became a place built around good food, hard work and community. And when it came time to give that dream a name, there was only one choice- Elliott's Pizzeria, named after their son. Elliott has been along for the ride from the very beginning, from sitting in his car seat during the early days of remodeling to growing up inside the restaurant that carries his name. Through setbacks, long days and plenty of determination, their dream has grown into a hometown gathering place where families come together, friends become regulars and memories are made.
